Shipping Policy

We deliver luxury fragrances throughout the United Kingdom. All orders are packed securely to protect your perfume and shipped with tracked delivery where possible.

UK Delivery

1. Free standard delivery on orders over £50 (UK mainland).
2. Standard UK delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
3. Express delivery options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
4. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
5. Fragrances are sent in accordance with courier regulations for perfumes (flammable goods). We use approved carriers for safe delivery.

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Delivery may take slightly longer during sale periods or peak times.
