Return Policy

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving the goods. For fragrances, we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed products in their original packaging.

• Unopened items only: Once a perfume has been opened or used, we cannot accept a return for hygiene and safety reasons.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging with any seals intact.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days of us receiving the returned product.
• Original delivery charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number. We will confirm that your item is eligible and provide our return address and instructions.
