Exchange Policy

Exchange for a different fragrance

We want you to love your fragrance. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept exchanges for unopened, sealed perfume products in their original packaging.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened items with original seals and packaging intact.
  • Once a fragrance has been opened or used, we cannot accept it for exchange for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
  • The replacement item will be sent to you once we have received and checked the returned product. Outbound delivery for the exchange is at our cost (UK only).
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced product, the difference will be payable.

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the fragrance you would like instead. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
